His experience spans various industries including information technology, hospitality, and renewable energy.

Sharmila co-founded Numbers Only with Hari Polavarapu in 1997 and serves as the President and COO. She actively manages the operational issues at NumbersOnly. She held several leadership roles at NumbersOnly that include HR, Operations, and Sales.

Her experience includes Key Account Management, Sales, HR & Payroll, and Recruiting for IT and Staffing industry.

Seth has wealth of experience in the Online,Virtual and mobile gaming worlds. He has worked with fortune 100 companies as a Digital strategist as well as startups, for brick and mortar companies and traditional .coms. He has a wide range of experiences in Social Media, Transmedia online influencers and in configuring it to best suit a wide range of companies and Industries as an integrated whole into their existing marketing programs. He has also worked on pioneering ways to integrate products along multiple channel lines ( toys, publications, video) to increase revenue and market share.

Brings in a diverse experience in Program / Project Management, Service Delivery and service Support functions. Raj manages our SAP and Enterprise Applications Services. He has more than 26 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant (CPA) in Finance, Accounting and IT environments. He also has strong industry expertise in Pharma, Manufacturing, Automobile, Public Sector, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Insurance and Media. He has worked in diverse roles such as Head of finance, SAP Finance and Treasury SME and Finance Lead. 

Ravi Manda has technology awareness and superior relationship management skills. Backed up by 14 years of IT experience in the Financial Services industry, Ravi excels in providing consulting, project management and architectural services.
