Hari brings senior leadership and experience as the chairman and CEO of Numbers Only. He co-founded Numbers Only in 1997. He has held numerous leadership roles at both start-up and enterprise information technology companies including AtPar, Inc (A mobile supply chain software company acquired by MHS, Inc.), NforcePro, Inc., Genesis Business Solutions, News Café India, Zintec Software Pvt Ltd, and Varam Bio Energy Pvt Ltd. His experience spans various industries including information technology, hospitality, and renewable energy.

Sharmila co-founded Numbers Only with Hari Polavarapu in 1997 and serves as the President and COO. She actively manages the operational issues at NumbersOnly. She held several leadership roles at NumbersOnly that include HR, Operations, and Sales.

Her experience includes Key Account Management, Sales, HR & Payroll, and Recruiting for IT and Staffing industry.

Rajeev is a customer centric service delivery professional with 20+ years of experience in IT and outsourcing industry. Brings in a diverse experience in Program / Project Management, Service Delivery and service Support functions. He has worked in India, UK and the US with large Global companies like Wipro and Motorola.

At Numbers Only Rajeev is working towards strengthening the Infrastructure practice. He is working towards buidling a strong team with expertise on every aspects of Datacenter technologies, Network & Security elements to be able to cater to varied industry customers.

While at ease Rajeev loves to play around with his boy and spend time with family. He loves traveling and exploring new places.
